“My dental experience is not something that I leave entrusted to just anyone. Yes, I am a big sissy when it comes to dentists. After several attempts to search for a good dentist, one that is gentle and cares about his patients, I found Dr. Pallen. Our family had gone to him for years but now he has retired. I was very skeptical about a new dentist taking over his practice. Since my first pregnancy, I have had a lot of problems with my teeth and Dr. Pallen took good care of me and my teeth without judging,  without smugness. I was worried the new dentist would be rude and judgmental. However, I had to at least give her a chance. Oh my! so at another dentist office they tried to tell me my daughter needed this really expensive surgery and what not. Well thank you Dr Reddy because Dr Reddy said they were trying to con me because she does not need surgery and surgery would have ruined her teeth. I was so happy with the news that I was crying. Everyone in the office was wonderful! I was very nervous going to a new dentist and they made sure I was comfortable. The dentist and assistant did a fantastic job filling my teeth! Place was clean. Staff was friendly. Went in for cleaning and exam. Good overall experience. Set up another appointment and will be back.
